At Sami'shub, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities across Pakistan, including:

• Punjab: Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot
• Sindh: Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana
• KPK: Peshawar, Abbottabad, Mardan, Mingora
• Balochistan: Quetta, Gwadar, Turbat
• Others: Gilgit, Skardu, Muzaffarabad

For remote areas, delivery may take an additional 1-3 business days.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday) are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order by:

• Logging into your Sami'shub account and visiting "My Orders"
• Using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
• Contacting our customer support team

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most locations across Pakistan. Please note:

• COD orders require phone verification before shipping
• Please have exact change ready for the delivery partner
• COD is not available for orders above Rs. 50,000

International Shipping

Currently, Sami'shub only ships within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our services internationally. Stay tuned for updates!

Shipping Issues

If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:

• Order not delivered within the estimated timeframe
• Package marked as delivered but not received
• Damaged packaging upon delivery
• Missing items in your order

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons and holidays (Eid, Independence Day, New Year), delivery times may be extended by 1-3 business days. We recommend placing orders early during these periods.
